Payment plans can be quickly created any time a client has a balance due. Specify various payment schedules, or create custom schedules. New payment plans can also be created at any time from a remaining balance if the terms of the agreement need to be changed. The Bail Bond Management Suite is designed to provide access and functionality for a variety of user types. Agents can be configured with a wide variety of user permissions, as well as Bail Recovery Agents and Auditors. IP Security Feature Prevents Unauthourized System Access

A unique IP address security feature is built into the User Management Interface, which allows administrators to configure users with access from specific IP addresses. By enabling this feature for specific users, those users will be able to access the system only from very specific places such as a particular office location, or from a home office. One requirement for using this feature is a static, or unchanging IP address provide by your Internet Service Provider. This feature is optional, and can be configured independently for each user.

Fully Customizable Printed Forms

Save time and money with the Bond Professional Printable Forms Editor, and never fill out forms by hand again. Select from the library of pre-configured default forms, or create an unlimited number of new forms that will automatically become available when printing client information. The Forms Editor uses an extensive set of placeholders that can be inserted in various locations throughout your forms, which then automatically populate your forms with client information when printed. No additional data entry is needed to create and print forms. Furthermore, forms are rendered as PDF files for easy portability, uniformity, and printability. Form templates can also be easily duplicated or copied from one office profile to another.

Flexible and Powerful Reports Management Module

A feature unique only to the Bond Professional is our Bail Bond Reporting Engine. We received many requests for a more flexible way to generate and run periodic reports. The solution is a system that does not limit you to default, pre-configured report layouts. Although a default library of reports is included, you can easily create any number of additional, highly customised report templates.

The process is simple, you create report templates with the data fields you want to see. Then, you modify the layout of the template to make it look the way you want. Data fields, font sizes, paper sizes, and orientation can all be modified as well as report cover-sheets and report headers. Once you have created your report template, you then use the Reporting Search Engine to create the dataset that you want, and apply it to one of your saved report templates. The result is a very powerful and flexible reporting mechanism.

Detailed Logging with Real Time Log Feature for Administrative Overview

Logging facilities for Bond Professional are extensive and allow for easy troubleshooting and diagnosis of both data entry and office workflow patterns. Activity is logged very precisely as users move from page to page in the system. A real-time log is also available for administrators to watch current system activity while it's happening. Logging is also very useful in tracking down unauthorized login attemps providing accurate timestamp and IP address information.

Fully Web-Based Hosted Solution (no local servers required)

Bond Professional is designed to be platform independent and highly portable. We have also designed the Suite around a modular, self-contained framework, with very little reliance on third party server technologies such as Java or .NET. Without these limitatations, the flexibility of choosing a Web Hosting Provider and server platform are greatly increased. The Bond Pro Management Suite will run on any Linux or Windows Web server running PHP 5.2 or greater, and MySQL 5.0 or greater. These fundamental design qualities give you the freedom to choose where and how to host your Bond Pro Management Suite. Packages are also available that include fully managed hosting and backup services.

Cross-Browser Compatibility

One of our main goals for current and future development of the Bond Pro Suite is to adhere to W3C and CSS web design standards, while still including the many rich features you expect. This adherance to industry standards makes our Bail Bond Software extremely portable and cross-browser compatible. Bond Pro is fully compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Safari, as well as most other browsers.
